We are the Caribbean's only nonprofit air ambulance, structured to keep the cost of critical air medical transport as low as possible. Our ground ambulance services are operated separately on a for-profit basis.

Following Hurricane Melissa, communities across Jamaica were left isolated, with hospitals operating beyond capacity and critical transport routes cut off. When local clinicians requested urgent assistance, our air medical crew mobilized immediately.

We serve the U.S. Virgin Islands and British Virgin Islands across a geographically complex, multi-island region where rapid access to advanced medical care often requires air transport. Our program is expanding to additional locations throughout the Caribbean to further improve regional access to critical care.
We currently operate the largest fleet of critical care ground ambulances in the Caribbean.
